Lori and Forde came home Monday afternoon.  Thanks to Lori's sister Cyd, we had some time when we got home to get him settled in.  I'm not sure what we would do if we weren't so blessed to have both Lori's family and mine so close, to help with the Twins while I spent all of my time up at the hospital helping Lori.  THANKS FAMILY!

Welcome to the world! Baby Forde

Since Lori is recovering I'll slap on a post or 2.

Lori woke up at about 5:00am, and said she was have MAD contractions, well maybe she didn't say MAD, but she was having allot of them.  So I ran out to mow the lawn really quick, I'm not sure why but I just felt like it needed to be done.  I'm actually kidding about the lawn mowing.

When we got up to McKay Dee Hospital, they put her in a room and checked to see if how she was progressing- "Dilated to a 3" Lori wanted to try for a vaginal, but as time went on, every contraction she had, the babies heart rate would drop.  So the Doc recommended a C-Section ASAP, to get the kid out.

Forde Zarahemla Bruce, was born Saturday the 25th @ at about 8:45am.

6 lbs 10 oz.  He came out Kicking and Screaming like a little Champ.  Healthy as can be no NICU for this kid.  I'm kidding about the middle name, we haven't decided on one yet.  But I will tell you this kid has suction like a Kirby Vacuum.

    Ok so we finally have a date to have baby Forde! I am going 

to have a c-section again, because I am not progressing at all and since I have 

a previous c-section It will be safer than trying to go if I am not going to make any 

progress. I have to admit I was a little disapointed but all in all what ever is 

safer for me and the baby is fine with me.... 

    Now Nate sees things differently he sees the $ signs in all of this and how 

much more expensive it is going to cost us, And I keep telling him not to stress 

and worry about it because in my opinion dr's have to go through so much schooling and 

work crazy hours that they earn every penny...  I certainly would not want to go through

all that, well I am very relieved and excited since this has been the longest 9 months 

  ever!   My next post will be pictures of the baby.

would let Nate take care of that kind of thing but since he isnt here and I told

steph I would get some pics posted. But you all get the general idea!

                    Yes its true we have chosen a name! And I know its about time, 

            since he will be here in about a week. And I made sure I already did his name

                 so there is no chance of us changing it again.
